Lady Gaga is offering a reward of $500,000 to anyone who returns her two French bulldogs after they were stolen on Wednesday evening. The incident took place on Sierra Bonita Avenue in Hollywood and resulted in Gaga’s dog walker getting shot.
A third dog, Miss Asia, escaped and was later recovered.
The 30-year-old dog walker who, according to police reports, was shot with a semiautomatic handgun was taken to the hospital and seems to be in a stable condition.

A home surveillance video of the incident has emerged that shows a man jumping out of a car and confronting the dog walker, saying, “Give it up.” The men struggle, and a shot can be heard, as can a dog‘s yelps and the panicked cries of the injured victim.
Lady Gaga is now offering half a million dollars for the safe return of the stolen dogs with no questions asked. Her team has even set up an email address using the names of the dogs stolen. Anyone with information about the two dogs – Koji and Gustav – can contact Gaga’s representatives at KojiandGustav@gmail.com
Gaga, who was in Rome filming a movie when the dogs were stolen, has not commented personally on the theft. However, a source close to the pop star said that she is very upset and willing to pay the handsome reward with no questions asked.
Authorities in the police department’s robbery-homicide division are searching for the shooter, who they said sped from the scene with two of the three dogs in a white Nissan Altima.
The police do not know if the target was Lady Gaga‘s dogs specifically. French Bulldogs are in demand and expensive, so there is the possibility that the gunman did not know the dogs were owned by Lady Gaga.
Gaga is known to be very fond of her puppies and has posted several pictures of herself with her pets on social media platforms.
